Buffini & Company Peak Producers Program
We offer the Buffini & Company's Peak Producers training program in-house twice annually. This 12-week program is designed to provide a step-by-step action plan to consistently produce at a high level. Agents are responsible for the cost of materials only.
24/7 One-On-One Support
All Royal LePage Solutions agents have open-door access to broker/owner Diane Scott and Realtor/owner Chad Morgan for guidance, direction and assistance with any and all questions and situations.
We offer annual in-house re-certification required by the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA), the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB). Keep your licensing and credentials current from the convenience of our offices.
Weekly Team Meetings
Each week, Royal LePage Solutions agents have an opportunity to meet in-person at our South Calgary office or virtually via GoTo Meeting to hear from industry experts and discuss a variety of relevant topics including mortgages, legal, association updates and news, networking opportunities, marketing/promotional opportunities and more. Agents are free to attend as their schedules permit.

The rlpNetwork from Royal LePage Canada provides a wealth of training resources as well as a full Marketing Centre where agents can obtain everything they need to promote themselves and their clients' listings.
REALTOR® Marketing Workshops: Attend an interactive workshop in Calgary or Edmonton.
